These terms cover your use of this website. The specifics of any job — scope, price, and scheduling — are agreed directly with Summit Ridge Roofing by phone, text, or in person.
Quotes & estimates
Prices shown on this site (repair, partial re-roof, and full replacement starting points) are illustrative guides. Your actual price is the written quote we give you after inspecting your roof, which we confirm before any work begins. Inspections and quotes are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Same-day emergency tarping and next-day inspections are offered when available and are not guaranteed — weather and safe roof access decide a lot of it. We'll always tell you the soonest slot when you contact us, and we reserve the right to decline any job we can't do safely.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure you're authorized to have work done on the property and that our crew can safely reach the roof and set up a dumpster. Let us know up front about anything unusual — solar panels, satellite mounts, delicate landscaping, or a known structural issue with the deck.
