Ladder to cleanup
From first ladder to final magnet sweep
We Get on the Roof
Not a drive-by from the driveway. We walk the slopes, chalk the hail hits, and show you the photos on the tailgate before we say a word about price.
Written Scope & Number
Squares, layers, tear-off, flashing, disposal — itemized, in writing, with demo pricing you can read. If it's an insurance job, it's formatted for the adjuster.
Tear Off, Dry In, Sweep Up
Most homes go off and back on in a day or two. Tarps over the landscaping, magnets over the lawn, and a workmanship warranty when we pull the ladder down.
What it costs

The crew
We'd rather patch your roof than sell you one you don't need.
Summit County Locals
We know what these roofs take — spring hail, ridge wind, and ice damming on every north slope in the county.
Straight Answers About Age
If you've got six good years left, we'll say six good years. Nobody here works on commission for a tear-off you don't need.
Nothing Left in the Grass
Plywood on the landscaping, tarps on the beds, and a rolling magnet over the whole yard twice before we leave.
Warranty in Writing
Manufacturer coverage on the materials, our own workmanship warranty on the install, both on paper in your file.

“And a third. Once you have five real ones, we wire up a live star rating right here.”

Roofing questions
Straight answers before you climb anything
Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes. We get on the roof, walk every slope, and send you the photo report at no cost — whether you end up hiring us or not.
How fast can you tarp after a storm?
Emergency tarping is same-day whenever the weather lets us on the roof safely. Call first — the tarp buys you time to sort out the claim without water coming through the ceiling.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
We document hail and wind damage the way adjusters expect — hits marked per test square, photos of every elevation, and an itemized scope. We'll meet the adjuster on site if it helps.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are torn off and back on in one to three days, depending on squares, pitch, and how much decking we find that needs replacing.
Repair or full replacement — how do I know?
It comes down to the age of the shingles, how brittle they've gone, and how many trouble spots there are. If a repair will genuinely hold, we'll tell you that instead.
Do you offer any warranty?
Our installs carry a workmanship warranty, and the materials carry their own manufacturer coverage. Both are spelled out in your written quote.
